Adding, editing and deleting transactions

  1. Click the [CREDIT] or [DEBIT] button to set or change the type of transaction. The chosen alternative appears enlarged.
  2. Enter the Amount and the Description
  3. Select a Category from the dropdown list
  4. Mark the transaction as Private if you want to treat separately and hide it when the Hide Private Records method is activated.
  5. Optionally, complete by selecting the Payment method, entering the Business Partner and/or comments in the Notes box.
  6. Adjust the Date if necessary (the default date is today).
  7. Click the button.
