The Bookkeeping section is a basic accounting app to keep track of your income and expenses for different accounts, and eventually compute the balance of an account. Every entry is separately encryted.
You can create as many accounts as you need. After selecting the account, you enter transactions. A default "Main account" is preinstalled.
For every transaction, in addition to the amount and the description, you can specify a category (e.g. food, leisure...), the payment mode (cash, bank transfer, credit card...), the biz partner, add a note and declare it as "private" (i.e. particularly sensitive).
The balance sheet delivers an output in separate columns for income, expenses and balance, detailed for every category, and filtered for any time frame and payment mode.
Every transaction is separately encrypted with a random keyword before being saved. Different transaction are stored with different keywords. This makes it practically impossible for intruders to access your data.
Highly sensitive transactions (those marked as "private") will disappear from the screen at the hit of a button. The same will happen on the balance sheet: columns that show cumulative values for "private" transactions will be hidden. To show them again you are required to enter the PIN or (after entering a wrong PIN once) the main password.
Both the list of transactions and the balance sheet can be exported to CSV-files that can be imported into spreadsheet applications like MS Excel.
